Each commission begins with a consultation to establish the scope of the project. We then develop an estimate of costs and offer a budget range for the project.
Payment terms are as follows:

25% is due upon acceptance of the budget, based on the median price of the budget range. Upon receipt of this commitment deposit, we develop preliminary sketches.

After a sketch is accepted and the scope of the project is approved, we establish the fixed quote.

25% (to a value of 50% of the final quote) is then requested. Upon receipt of the second deposit we develop the full sized pattern drawings and/or samples.

25% (to a value of 75% of the final quote) is requested upon acceptance of the pattern drawings and/or samples.

The balance, including any agreed upon additional charges, is due upon acceptance or installation.
